February 13, 2008: Bob joins a panel of prominent Boston-area attorneys in shaping a letter sent to the US Senate on behalf of the Boston Patent Law Association with recommendations for legislation relating to post-grant review. Bob's broader suggestions did not prevail in the final recommendations, though he did contribute a small portion of the text that ultimately composed this letter.
