I started serving as a mentor for Kenyan attorneys assisting inventors in Kenya to protect their inventions by drafting and prosecuting patent applications via the WIPO Inventor Assistance Program (IAP). In September 2025, I traveled to WIPO headquarters in Geneva for the WIPO Inventor Assistance Program Summit along with mentors, volunteers, inventors from the countries in which the WIPO IAP program is now operating, including Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Kenya, Morocco, Pakistan, Peru, the Philippines, Singapore, and South Africa.
